Job summary

Morningstar Air Express is seeking a qualified First Officer to operate Boeing 757 cargo missions from a Toronto base. You will fly across Canadian bases and maintain a safety-first mindset while following established SOPs.

The role requires CPL with IFR, IATRA or ATPL in lieu, and a valid Category 1 medical, with eligibility to work in Canada and mobility to relocate as needed.

What you'll do

• Serve as First Officer on the Boeing 757 for scheduled cargo operations supporting FedEx Canada.
• Operate from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) with flying across the company’s Canadian bases.
• Average 12–14 duty-period days per month within a rigorously safety-focused operation.
• Uphold Morningstar Air Express standard operating procedures and a safety-first culture at all times.

What you bring

• Total time: Minimum 1,500 hours.
• Licences: Valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) with a valid IFR (instrument) rating. A valid ATPL is accepted in lieu of IATRA.
• IATRA: IATRA written exams completed and passed within the past two years (unless holding an ATPL).
• Medical: Valid Category 1 medical.
• Security: Ability to obtain and maintain a RAIC.
• Travel/ID: Valid passport and driver's licence.
• Work eligibility: Legally entitled to work in Canada immediately and currently hold a Canadian instrument rating.
• Mobility: Willing to relocate for the position.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: Starting at $98,276 with two pay-level increases each year.
• Per diem: $4.75/hour for each hour away from home base while on duty.
