Job description

We are looking for “Blending Machine Operator” with the following job description and requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Clean and disinfect blending machines, tools, and containers to ensure they are free of contamination.
2. Stage and prepare the dispensed material for efficient blending operations.
3. Check the weighed or measured materials/ingredients for conformance to the work order requirements.
4. Add or mix the ingredients into the specified blending machine.
5. Collect samples of blended powders for laboratory testing.
6. Record operational and production data on specified forms.
7. Ensure all products are manufactured safely by following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
8. Unload mixtures into appropriate containers or drums, ensuring proper labeling with product name, client name, lot number, and weight.
9. Transfer blended products between work areas using moving equipment.
10. Accurately complete required production paperwork.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum high school degree or diploma required.
2. Availability to work the afternoon shift (3:30 pm to 12 am).
3. Physically fit; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
4. Hands-on experience in any manufacturing environment is an asset.
5. Respect for authority and company policy.
6. Must be a team player.
7. Demonstrate values for productivity and quality.
8. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
10. Knowledge of GMP is an asset.
11. Perform related duties as required and assigned.

Salary: Based on experience.
