This role involves overseeing daily operations across two sites, ensuring compliance with GxP and Health & Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse logistics, supervising teams, and managing material logistics essentially supports operational readiness. This position offers a competitive salary between $75,000 - $105,000 annually along with comprehensive benefits and a robust rewards program.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably in biotech.
• Experience in managing teams and overseeing operations.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff.
• Manage material receipt, storage, and shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and Health & Safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Skills

Knowledge of GxP/GMP regulations

Warehouse operations experience
