• Assist with validation and test plans and process characterization.
• Lead LEAN initiatives to improve the manufacturing process.
• Prepare drawings, write work instructions, and train on new tools.
• Design test methods and ensure devices meet patients' needs.
• Ensure ISO 13485 and FDA compliance with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain patient safety and product quality with quality processes.
