Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies seeks a BIM Manager, Glazing to lead drafting and detailing for glazing projects in the Greater Toronto Area. The role starts hands-on, building the function into a full team, with duties spanning shop drawings, fabrication packages, and BIM modeling for curtain wall and glazing projects.

Ideal candidate has 5–8 years in glazing drafting, with a proven track record of developing Revit/BIM workflows, templates, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in glazing, curtain wall, or fenestration drafting.
• Experience developing, standardizing, and scaling Revit/BIM drafting workflows and templates.
• Experience training or mentoring drafters on Revit/BIM standards.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review shop drawings, fabrication packages, and BIM/VDC models for glazing and curtain wall projects.
• Coordinate with estimating and project managers to confirm scope, schedule, and drawing requirements.
• Run clash detection and coordination checks against architectural and structural models.
