Job summary

Arcadis Canada is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join its Mobility Design team. The role focuses on leading BIM production, coordinating multi-disciplinary groups, developing and implementing a BIM Execution Plan, and driving standardization across projects with cross‑sector collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of BIM leadership, proficiency in OpenRoads Designer, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD, and experience with ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Experience applying ISO 19650 protocols on major projects.
• Ability to define BIM outcomes and coordinate a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide direction to BIM production team and liaise with BIM Manager, Information Manager and Project Manager.
• Review models/drawings for accuracy and compliance, updating as needed within budget and deadlines.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plan objectives, requirements and delivery strategy with clients and delivery teams.
• Oversee project scope and workload, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Coordinate BIM processes across large-scale projects with multi-stakeholders and ensure policy compliance.
