Job summary

WSP is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support industrial and mining projects in the Resources sector. You will work with the Project BIM Manager to implement day-to-day BIM‑VDC across projects and coordinate model development with discipline leads.

You’ll onboard teams, manage CDE workflows, and ensure models meet BIM standards for 4D/5D integration. This role can be located at any WSP Ontario office, offering diverse project exposure.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5–10 years in engineering design and 3D coordination.
• Experience in heavy industrial or mining sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and document management.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D model coordination strategy with BIM Manager.
• Align schedules, deliverables, and model standards with leads.
• Configure CDE and maintain BIM documentation.
• Onboard teams and manage CDE workflows.
• Coordinate multicad models, georeferencing, and survey data.
• Lead clash detection and reporting.
• Support 4D/5D integration and project handover.
