Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a senior BIM/Digital Information Manager to shape the digital project delivery for large buildings. You will influence information creation, coordination and usage across the full lifecycle from design through operations.

You will lead standards, data governance and BIM execution planning, while guiding project teams and coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering advanced Digital programs on complex AECO projects.
• Extensive BIM proficiency and data management.
• Experience with CDE setup and information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Digital/Information Management standards, including data strategy, model governance, and quality control.
• Develop BIM frameworks such as Digital Twin strategies, Model/Data Standards, CDE protocols, and BIM Execution Plans.
• Provide Digital Advisory guidance to project teams from design through facilities management.
• Champion BIM Execution Plans, LOIN matrices and MIDP coordination with internal teams, clients and contractors.
• Support and troubleshoot Autodesk Forma project sites hosted by WSP.
• Oversee project model setup, drawing packages, discipline coordination, and digital workflows.
• Conduct model health checks and ensure adherence to digital processes.
