Job summary

Cogeco Connexion Inc. in Burlington is seeking an Analyst, Billing Systems Audit and Security to support the application owner for billing systems. You will analyze, document, and coordinate activities including user access auditing across Compass, MIND, and CSG, manage thresholds for adjustments, and validate security matrix changes.

Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential. Responsibilities include enforcing access policies, handling user accounts, incident triage, and conducting SOD reviews.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis across requirements definition, feasibility, cost estimates, design, development, QA, UAT, and implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• French and English, spoken and written, an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace software.
• In-depth knowledge of Compass, MIND, and CSG is an asset.
• Methodical approach with a strong sense of organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage access requests and enforce policies for role and access management to billing systems.
• Create, modify, and disable user accounts and profiles per changes and security standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for user access requests via internal ticketing systems.
• Triage, investigate, and resolve login failures and profile synchronization issues.
• Perform mid-year and annual access reviews with internal and external auditors.
• Evaluate audit and reporting requirements for Segregation of Duties (SOD) in billing systems.
• Gather SOD evidence and work with business on conflicts.
• Manage adjustment/dispute/refund approvals and thresholds.
• Conduct ad hoc and recurring analyses.
• Liaise with internal and external support teams to resolve security matrix issues.
• Ensure health and safety and follow corporate directives.
