Job summary

Cencora Canada is seeking a Project Accountant - Billing for an 18-month contract to support our Innomar Strategies division in Canada. This role focuses on reviewing contracts, preparing accurate invoices, and ensuring revenue recognition aligns with terms.

You will work under the Team Lead, Client Services, coordinating with program management and clients to resolve billing issues, process change orders, and maintain detailed billing files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Sage experience is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Interpret contract terms and configure terms to enable accurate billing and revenue recognition.
• Establish and maintain client/project codes and setup for assigned units.
• Validate contract pricing and update fee structures as terms change.
• Execute client billing activities on schedule per contract terms.
• Prepare and issue invoices with complete supporting documentation and approvals.
