Job summary

HUB International in Toronto, ON, is hiring a Billing & Reporting Analyst to manage account-related activities affecting revenue, billing, and carrier relations. You will generate monthly open activity reports, partner with leaders to resolve variances, and craft dashboards to support decision making.

Seeking 2–5 years in analytics or billing with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables/Lookups) and experience in invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex Activities and ensure issues are identified and resolved
• Collaborate with HFC to standardize Activity management across regions
• Assist HFC with advanced premium payments to facilities and other carriers
• Provide support on invoicing and Activity questions from teams
• Identify workflow or process issues and notify teams
• Prepare and send monthly EMT reports highlighting premium/commission issues
• Design and deploy ad hoc reports as required

The focus is on identifying discrepancies, resolving open items, and producing accurate reports that help teams make informed decisions.
