Job summary

Jobgether SRL in Canada is seeking a Product Manager, Billing & Collections to shape the strategy and roadmap for billing, subscription, payments, and collections in a global fitness tech environment. You will translate complex financial workflows into reliable experiences that support operators and customers.

You will work with engineering, design, data science, finance, legal, and customer success to drive improvements, automate workflows, reduce involuntary churn, and recover revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• Experience in payments, billing, fintech, SaaS subscriptions, or related domains.
• Translate customer needs, market opportunities, and business challenges into clear product strategies.
• Strong analytical and business judgment with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to align engineering, design, data, finance, legal, and customer-facing teams around common goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmaps for billing and collections.
• Develop deep customer and market insights through feedback, research, and analytics.
• Drive billing and payment optimization across subscription management, invoicing, processing, and collections.
