McGovern Hurley LLP in North York is seeking a Billing & Client Support Coordinator to support the Administration team with accurate bookkeeping, clerical accounting, and financial reporting tasks. The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong organization skills to manage deadlines.
You will handle client communications, prepare reports and spreadsheets, assist with tax filings and electronic filings, and help improve workflows.

McGovern Hurley’s next Billing & Client Support Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the administration, billing, and reporting needs of our Audit Advisory Group (AAG) with accuracy, efficiency, and consistency. With 1-3 years of bookkeeping, clerical accounting, or financial reporting experience, you’re highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong deadline-management skills and the ability to stay organized amid competing priorities.
You take initiative, deliver accurate and timely work, and solve problems independently.
