Job summary

Sun Life in Canada seeks a seasoned wealth operations leader to drive the launch and ongoing optimization of a market-competitive Investment dealer. You will act as SME, develop dealer processes, and lead operational excellence across advisory and client-service operations.

You will manage partner servicing, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and guide multi-project initiatives to run the business efficiently while maintaining strong regulatory and governance controls.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of wealth operations experience.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise wealth initiatives.
• Knowledge of Sun Life Framework and strategic goals.
• Excellent communication in English (and French for Quebec).

Responsibilities

• Act as SME on wealth management and operations.
• Develop dealer processes and workflows.
• Drive operational excellence and cost-efficiency.
• Manage partner servicing and stakeholder liaison.
• Lead and support dealer platform projects.
• Handle day-to-day processing, reconciliation, and fees.
