Sun Life in Canada seeks an experienced ADP Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance and/or Wealth licensed Advisors within the Advisor Development Program. You will drive readiness, performance and career growth, shaping a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

You'll collaborate with field leadership to create developmental plans, monitor progress and ensure advisors deliver value for clients while meeting sales goals in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Distribution, Insurance and Wealth.
• Proven ability to coach, develop and manage Advisors in a performance-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across levels.
• Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization with cross-functional partners.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills; translate data to insights.
• Bilingual French and English for Canada-wide interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance and/or Wealth licensed Advisors.
• Oversee onboarding, readiness, and milestone tracking within the program.
• Champion development of early career advisors for long-term success.
• Create an environment that accelerates growth through coaching and feedback.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to support advisor productivity and results.
• Help advisors build foundational sales capabilities and needs-based conversations.
• Conduct regular coaching conversations; tailor development plans with leadership.
• Monitor progress and support transitions to advanced advisor stages.
• Manage day-to-day sales and service functions and scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and measure client contact campaigns.
