Job summary

Sun Life in Canada is seeking a motivated internal sales professional to drive results within Wealth Distribution for Sun Life Global Investments. You will support investment advisors and insurance specialists, generate sales through outbound calls and email, and collaborate with the Wealth Sales Director and coordinator to grow the client base.

The role offers a hybrid work environment, a base salary of 65,000–98,000 CAD with an aggressive incentive plan, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Commerce, Finance or Business.
• Strong sales aptitude with entrepreneurial drive.
• Ability to understand capital markets and build client rapport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team orientation.
• CSC/IFIC or CFP/CIM/CFA are assets.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales within your assigned territory with external wholesalers.
• Assist investment advisors and insurance specialists with Sun Life Global Investments’ solutions.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to generate leads.
• Input data into CRM and coordinate activity planning with advisors.
• Participate in meetings and sales workshops; travel 2–4 times annually to branches and events.
