HIS Canada Travel Inc., a division of the H.I.S. Group, is seeking a Bilingual Reservation Agent, Call Centre based in Canada. The role focuses on handling inquiries, processing bookings, and selling to meet targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Excellent communication in French and English is essential, with prior travel industry exposure and Sabre/Microsoft Office skills. This home-based position offers a 37.5-hour workweek and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English is required.
• Travel or tourism education or equivalent travel industry experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years of on-the-job experience with strong customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Professionalism, patience, and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue to contribute to overall objective.
• Answer calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Enforce active selling skills to close a sale.
• Process bookings with accuracy and detail.
