Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a bilingual (English/French) trainer to onboard and educate users on a client HCM platform, including HR, benefits, talent workforce management, payroll. The role centers on delivering high‑quality virtual training to government customers, internal staff and partners.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to identify training needs, gather feedback, and adapt content. The position is remote with travel up to 30% depending on client demand.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience training customers, internal teams or partners.
• Proven ability to deliver effective virtual training.
• Strong customer-facing, consulting and communication skills.
• Can learn new concepts quickly and explain them clearly.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and online meeting tools (Teams, WebEx, Zoom) and/or learning management systems.
• Eligible to work on Government of Canada projects.
• Holds, or is eligible to get, Canadian Protected B security clearance.

Insight Global is looking for a bilingual (English/French) to train on one of our client's HCM platform which includes HR, benefits, talent workforce management, platform and payroll. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering virtual training to government customers, internal staff and partners. The candidate will be expected to work with internal and external teams to find and meet training, and funnel customer feedback up internally.

Please note, while this is a remote position but there may be some travel (up to 30%) expected depending on customer demand.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Fluent in French and English, with strong presentation and facilitation skills in both

• Experience supporting Government of Canada or other public sector customers
• Training experience on complex enterprise or technical platforms
• Experience building or editing digital learning content, including Articulate (Rise or Storyline)
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design
