Aramark is hiring a bilingual Tim Horton's Team Member to serve travelers at Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. You will use English and French to take orders, handle POS transactions, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy travel hub.

The role includes beverage preparation, daily food prep, stock maintenance, and strict adherence to food safety standards. Full-time, permanent position with benefits. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and French is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Tim Horton's or similar franchise is an asset.
• WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced) certifications are an asset.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Able to work with or without supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Team collaboration to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet travelers and provide warm, friendly service.
• Take orders accurately in English and French and handle transactions.
• Enter orders in POS, manage cash and receipts.
• Brew coffee and prepare beverages per Tim Horton's standards.
• Prepare breakfast sandwiches, lunches, wraps, and baked goods.
• Keep displays stocked and presentable throughout shift.
• Maintain speed and accuracy during peak periods.
• Coordinate with kitchen and staff to ensure order flow.
• Monitor supplies and restock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety rules.

We are seeking a dedicated, bilingual Tim Horton's Team Member to deliver exceptional service to travelers passing through the Roméo LeBlanc International Airport. In this vital front-line role, you will utilize your strong communication skills in both English and French to provide efficient, high-quality service in a unique and energetic travel environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Welcome airport travelers, flight crews, and airport personnel with a warm, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Confidently and efficiently take orders and answer guest questions in both English and French
• Accurately enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system, handle cash and electronic transactions, and provide correct change and receipts.
• Brew coffee, steep tea, and prepare specialized hot and cold beverages (such as Iced Capps, lattes, and espresso drinks) strictly following Tim Horton's gold standards.
• Efficiently prepare and assemble breakfast sandwiches, lunch items, wraps, and baked goods, ensuring proper portion control and appealing presentation.
• Keep the bakery display showcases continuously stocked, organized, and looking fresh throughout the shift.
• Maintain a high level of speed, accuracy, and composure during peak airport travel rushes (such as early morning departures or delayed flight windows).
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and counter teammates to ensure a smooth, seamless flow of orders from prep to hand-off.
• Monitor front-of-house stock levels (cups, lids, napkins, condiments) and replenish them proactively
• Keep counter, ordering areas, beverage stations, and food prep surfaces clean and sanitized in accordance with food safety regulations and brand standards.
• Adhere to all OHS and food safety policies and procedures
• Maintain adherence to all airport-specific safety, security, and operational guidelines required for working within the terminal environment

Qualifications

• Fluency in both French and English required
• 1+ years customer service experience
• Experience working with Tim Horton's or similar franchise considered an asset
• Valid WHMIS and Food Safe (Basic or Advanced), First Aid Certification is an asset
• Knowledge of and commitment to upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently supervised and unsupervised
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth operations

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
