You’ll drive scalable processes, contribute to employer branding, and help shape our team as we expand in the aerospace and deep-tech space.

Qualifications

• +2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal).
• Experience recruiting in a startup, high-growth, or technical environment.
• Familiarity with aerospace, satellite, GNSS, or deep-tech industries.
• Strong communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Full-time, onsite availability in Montreal (this role is not remote or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers for technical and non-technical roles in Montreal.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Build and maintain scalable talent acquisition processes aligned with Xona’s standards.
• Update recruitment processes and email templates using Ashby.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offers using Ashby.
• Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events (virtual and in-person).
• Represent Xona’s mission, values, and culture throughout the hiring process.
