Job summary

Franke LLC is seeking a Commercial Equipment & Refrigeration Technical Support Specialist (Bilingual) to deliver high-quality technical phone assistance and training in English and French. The role focuses on after-sales support, documentation upkeep, and field service coordination for Franke equipment.

The position is remote, with requirement for on-call and after-hours support for customers in various time zones.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; two to four year degree in a technical field preferred.
Minimum 2+ years in technical support, field service, or related equipment troubleshooting.
Experience with phone-based, remote, or field service support preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with refrigeration knowledge preferred.
Excellent customer service and flexible to support on-call needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing training for service providers and technicians.
Support field service activities, installations, PM execution, and operator training.
Provide technical assistance via phone and documentation updates for internal and external teams.
Be available for on-call and after-hours support as needed.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve maintenance programs.
