Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic bilingual Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end sourcing, engagement, and acquisition of IT talent in Canada and beyond. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and executive roles with a strong focus on candidate experience and alignment with business objectives.

You will leverage your bilingual English/French skills, work with SAP SuccessFactors, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview process and effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall recruiting experience, including 2+ years in IT recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for technical and executive roles.
• Bilingual English/French with strong communication skills in both languages.
• Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies and trends.
• Experience with local regulations such as bilingual hiring practices (Bill 96).
• Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment platforms including SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing, engagement and acquisition of IT talent in Canada and beyond.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and executive roles with a focus on quality and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to schedule interviews, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth process.
• Manage candidate evaluations and interviewer feedback to inform hiring decisions.
• Develop compelling job offers and negotiate terms that meet business needs.
• Support onboarding and monitor recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes affecting bilingual hiring.
