Job summary

Manulife’s Tax Operations team seeks a Bilingual Tax Operations Representative to handle advisor and customer interactions for individual insurance taxation. The role blends in-office and remote work, with offices open Tue–Thu, fostering collaboration and a balanced schedule.

Reporting to the Manager of Tax Operations, you will deliver accurate, proactive tax support, communicate in English and French, and contribute to a high-performing tax operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications.
• Ability to learn basic tax concepts and adapt to change.
• Fully bilingual in English and French to support clients outside of Quebec.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handle advisor and customer interactions, including outbound calls and inquiries for individual tax transactions.
• Provide exceptional service to policyholders and collaborators in English and French.
• Respond to inquiries, assess issues, and deliver proactive solutions.
• Meet daily service level agreements with high accuracy.
• Support the Tax team and other internal stakeholders as needed.
