Job summary

Protrans Personnel Services Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisitionist in Canada to lead end-to-end recruitment across our Driver Division.

You will manage the full lifecycle, leverage ATS tools, and source via multiple posting methods while building strong client and employee relationships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, fluency in English and French, and a valid Canadian driver’s license with ability to travel within Canada.

• Post secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisitionist will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, the employee lifecycle, customer and account management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be a team player, service oriented, strategic thinker, driven by processes and metrics.

• $55,000 - $77,000 ( please note that this is an estimate and actual pay will vary depending on experience, qualifications, and professional certifications. )

• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings with employees, customers, and prospective customers
• 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experiencePrevious experience in transportation considered an asset
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities at once
• Strong organizational skills demonstrating excellent attention to detail
• Passionate about recruitment
• Possess a valid Canadian Driver’s License and Ability to travel within Canada
