SYSTRA Canada is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our bilingual HR team. You will manage the entire recruitment cycle, build strong relationships with managers, and source top talent to deliver a premier candidate experience.

We require 8+ years in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in rail, construction, or engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. Hybrid work (3–4 days from home) and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 3 years of recruitment experience in rail, construction, or engineering sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle.
• Build strong relationships with managers: understand hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source talent like an in-house headhunter and provide a first-rate candidate experience.
• Ensure fair evaluation of candidates and support the selection process.
• Navigate talent search tools (LinkedIn, internal software, social media) to identify top candidates.
• Negotiate and present offers and finalize agreements with HR colleagues.
