The Opportunity :

Parkland Corporation is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for our M&M retail stores.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment process for high volume retail M&M stores.
  • Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial video interviews to assess fit for the organization and specific roles.
  • Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all parties.
  • Lead the offer negotiation and extension process, ensuring compensation packages are competitive and aligned with market trends.
  • Provide guidance to business leaders throughout the hiring process and translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Educate leaders on proper selection methods by utilizing available tools such as interview guides, selection forms, and ranking systems.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, trends, and performance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Manage all recruiting invoices for the Talent Acquisition department.

Requirements

  • Diploma and/or HR-related courses required.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to guide hiring managers and candidates through the talent acquisition process, communicate market trends, and use data to support decision-making.
