The Opportunity

Parkland Corporation is hiring a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage the recruitment process for our M&M retail stores.

Description

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing the entire recruitment process for high-volume retail M&M stores.
• Reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting initial video interviews.
• Coordinating interview processes between candidates and hiring managers.
• Leading offer negotiations and extensions.
• Providing guidance to business leaders and translating business needs into recruitment strategies.
• Educating leaders on proper selection methods using available tools.
• Ensuring recruitment practices comply with employment laws and policies.
• Reporting on recruitment metrics and performance.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Managing all recruiting invoices for the Talent Acquisition department.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & French.
• Diploma and/or HR-related courses.
• 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and managers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
