Job summary

SDI Inc. is seeking a Supplier Performance Specialist who will partner with the SRM team to drive supplier compliance. The role focuses on OTD, order confirmations, and ASN, with data-driven action plans to improve performance and visibility for customer maintenance work orders.

The candidate will coordinate with Purchasing and Parts teams, coach suppliers, and maintain regular cross-functional communication. A strong Excel background and ERP familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in Procurement and/or Supplier Performance.
• Intermediate Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Review supplier compliance data and factors impacting operations.
• Implement supplier performance improvement plans to achieve compliance.
• Conduct supplier meetings and coaching on OTD, order confirmation, and ASN.
• Serve as first contact for supplier questions using Five9 and Oracle Service Cloud.
• Track progress of performance improvements for key suppliers.
• Analyze root causes and recommend process changes to improve compliance.
