Job summary

WeightWatchers is seeking a Studio Coach in Sherbrooke, QB to engage members with the weekly behavior-change curriculum, recruit new members, and drive product sales in a hybrid work setting. The role requires bilingual French skills and a passion for wellness, with opportunities to build community both in-person and online.

Base salary varies by skills, experience, and location, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and an annual bonus program.

Qualifications

Social media savvy or content creator
Excellent at active listening
Experience facilitating a group preferred
Able to travel to workshop locations within the territory
Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional workshop experience while engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their journey.
Build strong connections in the community on social platforms and seek partnerships to attract new members and create brand awareness.
Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing the tools or products needed for success.
Deliver behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel seen, heard and supported and by encouraging reflection, problem-solving and action planning.
