WeightWatchers is seeking a part-time Field Team member in Canada to deliver engaging workshops and drive member recruitment and retention. You will foster community connections, both in person at Studio locations and on social platforms, while promoting WW products and programs.

The role emphasizes behavior-change coaching, creating supportive action plans, and helping members achieve wellness goals in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media or content creation for wellness programs.
• Passionate about wellness and open to becoming a WW member.
• Excellent active listening and ability to support members.
• Experience facilitating group sessions is a plus.
• Willing to travel to workshop locations within the territory.
• Looking for a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging workshop experience with the weekly behavior change curriculum.
