Job summary

WeightWatchers Canada seeks a Field Team Coach/Guide to engage members at WW Studio locations, delivering the weekly behavior-change curriculum and supporting members on their wellness journey. You will recruit and retain members, build community connections, represent WW at events, and foster brand awareness across the territory, with flexible, part-time hours.

Qualifications

Social media savvy and content creation experience.
Passionate about wellness; current WW member or eagerness to join.
Excellent at active listening and facilitating groups.
Willingness to travel to workshop locations within the territory.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional workshop experience and engage members with the weekly behavior-change curriculum.
Build strong community connections, seek on-brand partnerships, and represent WW at events.
Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship-building and providing tools for success.
Deliver behavior-change coaching; support, reflect, problem-solve, and create action plans for new members.
