Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
• Must have prior call centre experience in an inbound environment.
• Clear and effective communication in English; Spanish skills are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, organization and conflict-management abilities.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone service requests in a fast-paced queue.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and billing issues.
• Process emails and forms; manage customer service requests.
• Schedule payment arrangements and track interactions.
• Escalate delinquent accounts per policy; maintain professional etiquette.
• Prepare reports on outstanding balances and activities.
