Groupe Nordik is seeking a bilingual Contact Center Representative to join our wellness team. You will manage reservations, educate clients on spa benefits, and guide customers through the sales cycle by phone, chat, and email.

Open seven days a week, 364 days a year, the role requires empathy, strong communication in French and English, and the ability to multitask while delivering exceptional service. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in sales or customer service.
• Fluency in French and English essential for operations outside Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, chat, and email.
• Answer questions and resolve issues.
• Promote products and complete sales when appropriate.
• Recognize upselling opportunities.
• Escalate issues when needed.
• Document client interactions for follow-up.
• Maintain contact center standards and scripts.
• Follow up on internal requests.
