Job summary

Groupe Nordik Inc. is seeking a friendly, bilingual contact center representative to support customers across phone, chat, and email channels. You will educate clients on spa benefits, handle reservations, and guide the sales cycle with product recommendations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-centric approach. A minimum of two years in sales or customer service is required; call center experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Bilingual in French and English is essential outside Quebec.
• Call center experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by phone, chat, and/or email.
• Answer questions and facilitate problem resolution.
• Provide product recommendations and/or complete the sales cycle.
• Recognize and act on upselling opportunities.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when appropriate based on client interaction.
• Gather information and document client interactions for follow-up.
• Uphold contact center standards, scripts, and procedures.
• Follow up on internal requests as needed.
