Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience with strong verbal/phone communication.
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with people tactfully and professionally.
• 1–3 years of dispatching experience.
• Experience coordinating projects or resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
• Excellent command of French (oral and written).
• Strong English communication since ~50% interactions are with English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Triage calls and inquiries from customers.
• Assign and schedule service requests from clients or personnel.
• Manage resources efficiently for all scheduled service.
• Monitor service orders assigned to technicians.
• Be responsible for the life cycle of service orders.
• Work with Branch Procurement Specialists for resource planning.
• Demonstrate Patterson values and professionalism at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
