Job summary

Securo, a long-established security company in Dorval, is seeking a bilingual dispatch agent and receptionist to join our team. You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage a multi-line system, and provide first-level information on services and pricing.

You will coordinate technician dispatch, create service orders, optimize daily routes, confirm appointments, and track job status using GPS and tools like TrackTik, Zendesk, and Service Titan.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/French) required.
• Experience in reception and dispatch coordination.
• Ability to triage inquiries and manage a multi-line phone system.

Responsibilities

• Reception & front-desk duties: greet visitors, manage sign-in, field inquiries.
• Technician dispatch & scheduling: create service orders, optimize routes, confirm appointments.
• Administrative & customer support: enter data in CRM/ERP, generate reports, log time.
• Communication & coordination: liaise between field techs, sales, managers and clients; maintain bilingual communication.
• Compliance & safety: verify certifications and PPE, log incidents and protect client data.
