Job summary

Intact is seeking a bilingual Senior HR Consultant to support Technology/Intact Lab teams on a 12-month contract/secondment basis. You will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders, guiding talent identification, management, and coaching to promote a strong, engaged culture.

You will lead HR initiatives, assess organizational needs, and drive change across a large Canadian financial services environment, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Relations or HR Management.
• Minimum 6 years of senior HR Consultant (HRC) or HRBP experience in a corporate environment.
• CHRP/CHRL designation completed or in progress.
• Bilingual French-English is required for cross-country collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and HR guidance to business partners, aligned with laws and company values.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify talent management strategies and planning.
• Develop long-term people goals and identify methods to achieve them.
• Lead projects and support corporate initiatives and transformation efforts.
• Analyze complex questions across HR areas including engagement, compensation, and performance.
