Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a professional Security Guard for a high-profile corporate site in downtown Toronto. You will provide a professional security presence, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and interact with a diverse range of individuals throughout the day.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory, and you will monitor access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English – mandatory.
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Minimum 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in corporate or government security is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence across the site.
• Control access according to procedures.
• Greet and assist employees, visitors, contractors, and clients.
• Conduct patrols and inspections of assigned areas.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems as required.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally.
• Prepare daily activity and incident reports.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Assist with fire and life-safety emergencies.
• Communicate with site management and emergency services.
