Job summary

Allied Universal in Vancouver, BC is seeking a bilingual Security Guard – Customer Service Representative to greet visitors, manage access, and maintain a secure, professional front desk. The role requires English and French fluency, a BC Security Worker Licence, First Aid/CPR, and at least one year of security experience.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 16:30, in a government office environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Residency in Canada for at least five years.
• English and French fluency, both spoken and written.
• Minimum one year of security experience.
• Valid BC Security Worker Licence.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk security, reception and customer service.
• Verify identification and visitor access per site procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, access control, fire alarms and building systems.
• Prepare visitor logs, incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
