What will you be doing as a Sales Development Representative?

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Canadian sales team under the guidance of the Head of Sales. Your focus will be driving a surge in qualified leads and opportunities, contributing directly to our bold goal of transforming workforce management at Humi. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with Account Executives, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and booking in demos. Through strategic prospecting, engaging communication, and strong relationship-building, you’ll empower businesses to thrive and employees to excel with our innovative solutions.

This role offers comprehensive training, collaboration with an experienced sales team, and a clear path to becoming an Account Executive. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be:
  • Initiating contact with potential customers through inbound and outbound inquiries to source new sales opportunities
  • Conducting discovery calls to effectively understand customer needs and requirements
  • Routing promising opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
  • Conducting thorough account research, identifying key decision-makers, and generating interest in our offerings
  • Maintaining and growing your prospect database within your assigned segment
  • Collaborating on delivering engaging online demos to prospects as needed
What are we looking for in a Sales Development Representative?
  • Proven experience in high-volume inside sales (B2B)
  • A track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
  • Strong phone presence and resilience, comfortable with spending significant time on the phone
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Bilingual in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset
