We currently seek a sales professional who is dedicated to our mission of the importance of learning a language and prospecting daily. Success will come to someone who is self-driven, smart, organized, motivated, and has a proven track record of finding and developing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales through database and lead management
- Develop and execute long-term sales strategies
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers daily
- Work collaboratively to meet customer needs
- Maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations
- Lead initiatives and utilize all tools to help customers travel on language courses abroad
- Develop and promote relationship-building activities, including fairs and exhibitions
- Be flexible to work late shifts and weekends as needed, with additional hours as required
- Achieve and surpass sales targets
Requirements
- Fluent in English and French
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of sales or recruitment experience; recent graduates with strong work experience are welcome
- Goal-oriented and competitive team player
- Creative with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Self-motivated, ambitious, with strong project management skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
- Willing to travel to meet prospective students
- Study abroad experience and prior sales experience preferred
- This position is based full-time in our downtown office
