Job summary

Moneris in Ontario is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant to own the full sales cycle, helping merchants grow their online presence with Moneris solutions.

Based in Etobicoke, this hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work. You will report to the Manager, Sales Centre and join a talent pipeline for an upcoming class.

Qualifications

• Sales experience with success in hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows.
• Nice-to-have: 1+ years experience in the payment industry.
• Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from the first point of contact until you close the sale.
• Prospect for new business between inbound calls by performing outbound calls and managing partner leads.
• Work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Moneris Solution products, services and rates, ongoing marketing activities and important competitor products, pricing, strengths and opportunities.
• Keep up to date with industry trends to assist educating our merchants.
• Continue to enhance your skills by applying Moneris training programs.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales cycle- helping businesses grow their online presence and access tools to succeed in today's evolving commerce landscape. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Sales Centre.

Posting Type: Talent Pipeline for our upcoming sales class on October 26, 2026.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $47,630 - $66,681. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
