Moneris Solutions Corp is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to support the HR and Internal Communications teams in executing and reporting on communications plans that align with company priorities. The role focuses on shaping how employees understand priorities, culture, and initiatives, working with cross-functional partners and providing content for intranet, Viva Engage, and presentations.
The position is based in Etobicoke with hybrid in-office and remote flexibility, reporting
You will support the Internal Communications team, within Human Resources, in the execution and reporting of a variety of internal communications plans and programs. This role helps shape how employees understand company priorities, connect to culture, and engage with key initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support them on the planning and execution of communications that align with Internal Communications and Human Resources goals, and corporate priorities.
Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Director, Internal Communications.
Posting Type: Replacement.
Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $57,000-$80,000. Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
