Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a temporary remote contract to support Charles River's hiring efforts. In this role, you will use your talents to improve global health and people's lives by providing recruitment support to our client sites and divisions. You will collaborate with other TA partners, HR business partners, and hiring managers to address challenges, share best practices, and provide additional support as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes and best practices.
• Utilize cost-effective sourcing strategies such as online job boards, networking, CV exploration, social media, cold calling, employee referral programs, and job fairs.
• Pre-screen candidates, recommend suitable candidates to hiring managers based on detailed job requirements and professional skills, and justify your recommendations.
• Effectively use our applicant tracking system to manage job postings and recruitment activities, ensuring process compliance.
• Build credible, positive, and professional relationships with hiring managers and senior management to stay informed about the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR professionals and hiring managers to better understand business needs.
• Create and maintain candidate relationships to keep the talent pipeline open for future positions.

Key Elements

This is a temporary contract position with remote work, but candidates must be located near one of our Canadian sites (Senneville, Laval, Sherbrooke).

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Life Sciences preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and Microsoft Office suite.
• Motivated and able to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and closing skills with all levels of management.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
