Job summary

Scotts Miracle-Gro is seeking a bilingual recruiter to support hourly manufacturing and salaried roles across Canada. The role combines full-cycle recruitment with high-touch candidate engagement in a fast-paced environment, reporting to a Talent Advisor and coordinating with TA Coordinators.

Hybrid work 1-2 days per week from Mississauga, ON. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, build partnerships with hiring managers, and ensure strong compliance while delivering a stellar candidate

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
• Experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment.
• Detail-oriented with strong compliance focus.
• Strong networking and cross-team collaboration.
• 3+ years recruiting across hourly and salaried roles.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
• Solid understanding of Canadian employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for hourly manufacturing and salaried roles.
• Build deep partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR teams.
• Lead high-volume hourly recruiting for manufacturing facilities.
• Present diverse candidate slates and challenge status-quo thinking.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from touchpoint to offer.
