THE POSITION - Bilingual Recruiter (FR/EN)

  • You will be on a 180-desk recruiting for all specialisms including but not limited to: HR, Property, Construction, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Legal, Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing and Procurement, as well as various types of roles within Mining and Natural Resources
  • Utilize various platforms and tools to identify potential candidates that match job requirements
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract new candidates
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends and availability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers and various account managers
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipeline status
  • Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Some potential client-facing aspects

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of consistent & high-level performance (KPIs)
  • Bilingualism in French and English (Oral & Written)
  • Tenacious, adaptable, fast-paced, detail-oriented and ambitious attitude
  • Previous blue collar recruitment experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong team-oriented working style
  • Experience with stakeholder management, both internal and external

COMPENSATION

At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. We are committed to recognizing and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $50,000 + $5,000 of annual performance-based bonus.
