Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Recruiter who will act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with knowledge of the organization and external markets of the businesses supported. This candidate will manage the planning, assessment, and supply aspects of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities :
  1. Manage candidate pipeline for the designated portfolio effectively to meet turnover and build for future needs
  2. Provide the business with a short list of screened market candidates, leveraging the enterprise hiring system and assessment screening to manage the pipeline.
  3. Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle, aligned to the client’s customer experience model.
  4. Develop and maintain solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs as they relate to recruitment.
  5. Manage effective relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs, clients’ Businesses, and other Talent Acquisition teams.
  6. Provide market-level insights, ensuring alignment and support to TA programs.
  7. Report on activities and outcomes aligned to the Recruitment strategy
  8. Coordinate advertising and brand activities to attract talent, utilizing internet / intranet / social media, and other recruiting tools as appropriate
  9. Participate and/or organize recruitment events with HR and the Business
  10. Represent the client in various recruitment functions as needed
  11. Generally interact with non-executive managers, and may interact with executive leaders where appropriate
  12. Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
  13. Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
  14. Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or candidates
  15. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with the risk appetite of the Bank
  16. Conduct internal and external research projects as required; prepare and may deliver presentations
  17. May contribute to special initiatives by representing the client / the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert
  18. Conduct meaningful data analysis using results to draw conclusions, make recommendations, and assess the effectiveness of recruitment programs / policies / practices
  19. Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the recruitment discipline and assess potential impacts
  20. Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of issues
  21. Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation, and teamwork, and ensure timely communication of issues / points of interest
  22. Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in one’s own area and participating in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
  23. Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques
  24. Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross-training within own team
  25. Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status / progress of projects and / or all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
  26. Contribute to the success of the team by willingly assisting others in the completion and performance of work activities; provide training, coaching, and / or guidance as appropriate.
  27. Contribute to a fair, positive, and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce
  28. Act as a brand champion for your business area / function and the bank, both internally and / or externally
