You will break down RFPs, lead proposal prep from kickoff to submission, write persuasive content, manage timelines and keep the proposal database up to date. Fluency in French and English and strong editing skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5 years of relevant proposal experience
• Experience in consulting engineering, architecture or construction is a strong asset
• Strong writing skills in French and English
• Excellent command of Word, Excel and InDesign
• Rigour, attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
• Autonomy, initiative and team spirit

• Turn engineers’ know-how into clear, compelling proposals
• Work with senior leadership, technical teams and project managers
• Build strategies that differentiate BPA in the market
• Break down RFPs and pinpoint differentiators
• Lead proposal preparation from kickoff to submission
• Write and polish content: project sheets, CVs, approaches and company profiles
• Manage timelines to ensure on-time submissions
• Deliver polished documents from layout to final assembly
• Coordinate delivery and submission of proposals
• Keep the proposal database up to date
