Job summary

Konecranes in Burlington, Ontario seeks a Project Manager to own assigned projects from handover to completion, coordinating internal and external stakeholders while managing budget, scope and schedule and addressing risks early.

You will report to the Senior Project Manager in the region and work with Engineering, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Service and Sales to ensure safe, on‑time delivery and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to read building drawings.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from order handoff through completion.
• Ensure internal and external kick-off meetings for each project.
• Monitor deliverables to meet budget, schedule and scope.
• Maintain project data, forecasting and communication.
• Proactively communicate status, milestones and risks to customers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Order Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Installation, Service, Sales and other functions.
• Follow SOPs and project execution processes.
