Job summary

MDA Space in Montreal area seeks a Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure installations across buildings, ensuring compliance with technical, budgetary, regulatory, and operational requirements from design through commissioning.

You will lead planning and interdisciplinary coordination (structural, civil, HVAC, electrical, IT), manage RFPs, contracts, and reporting, and maintain project documentation. 5+ years in industrial project management and bilingual FR/EN are required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial project management.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of drawing and presentation software (AutoCAD).
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project management across planning, oversight, and monitoring phases.
• Draft and manage project documents, cost estimates, and schedules from design through commissioning.
• Organize and facilitate multidisciplinary coordination (structural, civil, HVAC, electrical, IT).
• Manage RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration.
• Monitor compliance with plans and standards (CSA, NFPA, RE 2020, NASA/ESA) and report variances.
